2. 4 month salary slip.
3. Appointment letter and revised letter with CTC of latest company.
4. IF employment is less than 2yrs than reliving letter of previous company.
5. Confirmation Letter.
6. If any increment in salary in last 6 months please
provide increment letter.
7. Updated latest 6
months Bank Statement of Salary A/c. and also of alternate A/c
8. Processing Fee Cheque in favour of Bank Ltd. Only
from the Salary A/c
9. Land
related papers from builder along with approved plan copy, draf agreement & builder frofile on is letter head .
- Qualification proof.
- Repayment track record for the last 6 months of existing loans or any obligation as
on date or closed in last 6 months.
